This bag fits under the seat and inside of the left side cover. This is a great idea since the stock under seat storage is limited and there is a lot of unused space within the left side panel. The bag attaches with four velcro loops and has a double zipper running the full length of the bag top. Construction is of black nylon similar in thickness the that used for the stock tool bag. Size is hard to describe - it is as long as the seat and contoured to fill in the space between the frame and the side panel. I would guess it could hold 4-5 times as much as the stock tool bag. I use mine to store things I want to have with me but would rather not deal with in the luggage or a tank bag, like electrical tape, tire repair kit, zip ties, spare brake/clutch levers, rag, etc.
