Available from YoYoDyne, this is a replacement clutch slave cylinder with a larger diameter piston that claims to lessen the effort by 25%. The components appear to be very well designed and manufactured, introductory price is $170 if you mention their web site.

The difference in clutch effort is noticeable, but not astounding. The claimed 25% seems about right. Clutch action is still very smooth, perhaps even a bit better as the lever travel is increased a bit. The lever travel is still short enough to disengage the clutch with a two-finger pull without squashing the other two fingers against the grip. In all, I highly recommend this product for it's improved feel and (hopefully) improved lifespan over the stock part.

For those of you on the other side of the pond check out Tec.Moto in the UK. They offer a similar product that I have heard good things about.
