Captain Ahmed fires his cannons at Shazzan to no avail.

Chapter Three - Pool of Memories
Chuck and Nancy ask Shazzan why he cannot send them home. Shazzan explains that it might be best if they never find his original master. Shazzan taks them to the pool of memories where they relive how they first found the rings. Chuck and Nancy see the Princess Nada Tia, who was Shazzan's former master. Shalagar cut her ring in half and deposited it into the earth. He wants to rule her kingdom. Chuck and Nancy ask Shazzan to take them to the Seven Kingdoms to set Princess Nada Tia free.

Chapter Four - Captured
The twins are captured by the Maharajah Morukhan. The Maharajah explains how they were captured by the great Ruby of the Eternal Truth that has been turned into a weapon. The Maharajah wants to use Kaboobie to sneak into the Seven Kingdoms and steal the Diamond Sword of Shalagar. Chuck and Nancy are thrown into a dungeon. Chuck uses the Cloak of Invisibility and his Magic Rope to disable the guard. Shazzan arrives freeing Chuck, Nancy, and Kaboobie and destroys the Maharajah's Castle.

Chapter Five - Land of Shalagar

Chuck sees a vision of Shazzan who encourages him to use his wits to escape his prison cell. Chuck uses sleep powder to subdue the guard and takes his keys.

Chapter Eight - Shazzan's Destruction
Chuck and Nancy meet in Shalagar's Palace. Chuck uses his duplicate powder to take the form of Shalagar. Chuck tricks him into revealing where the ring is located. Chuck snatches the ring and joins with Nancy to call Shazzan. Shazzan appears and imprisons Shalagar in a cocoon of silver thread. Shalagar escapes and throw his diamond sword into Shazzan's back causing him to writhe in pain and slowly disappear.

Chapter Nine - A Distant Voice
The twins hear Shazan call out to them, but he cannot come to them. They have to trave to the limbo Shazzan is trapped in. Shazzan tells them the story of the diamond sword. It was created by a wicked genie named Zygor. Shazzan tells them he cannot return because of no hope and faith among the people. Chuck and Nancy convince one hundred villagers that they must have hope and faith that Shazzan will return. As Shalagar attacks the villagers Shazzan appears and saves them. Shazzan imprisons the diamond sword in the earth and releases Queen Nada Tia from her glass prison.

Chapter Ten - Nada Tia Returns
Princess Nada Tia tells Chuck and Nancy she cannot take the ring because she too was only a temporary holder and not the rightful owner. Shazzan tells them they must continue their search for the one true master of the ring. Chuck and Nancy leave the city with a triumphant celebration.
