So you want to come see us and see if we can help you out. Well, you're in luck! We are just down the street from somewhere, in the middle of nowhere, and servicing everywhere.
Seriously though, we are not hard to find if you just look. The nearest location is in the rustic and scenic township of State Road, North Carolina. And, if you don't feel comfortable with directions, just give us a call and we will guide you here, or make other arrangements to pick up your computer.
If you do want to come see us, simply take exit 85 from Interstate 77 to 268 West (Called the CC Camp Rd.). Travel West towards North Wilkesboro for one mile, then take the first exit right onto Highway 21 North towards Sparta. Travel North for eight miles until you reach the intersection of Old Hwy. 21 and Zephyr-Mountain Park Rd. There make a left onto (and almost backwards) the Old Hwy. 21. Take the first right, almost immediately, onto Mining School Rd. Travel exactly 8/10 of a mile and we are on the left.

That way, we don't have to charge an on-site service call charge. Call us for directions to our shop, or for drop off point locations, and leave the work to us, and we will leave spending the money you saved to you!
Save green by backing up your data!
Data backup is one of the most critical activities of servicing a computer. Your precious data, photos, music, videos, and personal information is very important to you. Therefore, backing up all these things onto the medium of your choice is of the utmost importance. We can gladly assist you in this process, but, you could actually do it yourself before you bring your computer in for servicing, and save yourself the money. So, pick a medium, (DVDs, CDs, Flash Drives, External Hard Drives, etc.) back up that data, then bring us your computer for servicing!
