In truth, our services are too numerous to list, and too complex in details, and intricacies to list. For the most part, you should contact one of our representatives for a truly accurate price for services you wish rendered.
We can provide a short list of some of the more common and basic services for you to consider. Please bear in mind that we reserve the right to change these prices at any time based on what we consider reasonable, due to extenuating circumstances (such as; while conducting a Virus Alert!, we must abandon the process and conduct a OS Alert!).
Computer technician work is not an exact science in many cases, and can involve many hours of troubleshooting and problem solving. So, thought we can list some prices for you to consider, there is no way a real and solid foundation for you to price services.

Optimize Alert!: A simple and quick optimization of your operating system. We can remove any unwanted software, make sure all updates are installed, optimize your startup and shutdown run list, and just bring your PC up to speed with what it needs to run every day for you. This does not include any virus, adware/malware removal or any other service of such. It is simply intended to optimize general performance of the operating system itself.
Software Alert!: You just bought the latest version of MallMashersLive! and you don't really know how to install it on your PC. Well, don't bother. for a very minimal charge, we will install it for you and make sure it is running correctly with your computer hardware. Our Software Alert! service includes installation of a single program. Any additional ones will be billed separately.
Backup Alert!: Most of us don't worry so much about backing up our important data until it is too late. And, there is good reason for that, with work, family, and no real relaxation time, we tend to spend every precious minute in front of our computer doing other important things. Well, we have just the solution for you. Don't bother with it! Leave it to the pros at nerdzalert. We will backup up to 9.4 GB of data, or 23.5 GB for you (call for quotes on larger backup solutions). Just set back, and relax, we will handle it.
OS Alert!: An operating system install can be one of the most complicated and daunting tasks for even a seasoned IT Technician. So, how is an unexperienced person ever expected to do it? You aren't! Just leave it to the experts. We can install one operating system on one computer, complete with all necessary supporting drivers and software to get the computer to its basic running condition for you. Just call us and let us handle the rest.
Virus Alert!: Sadly in this day and age, this one speaks for itself. You know exactly how damaging those pesky bugs can be all too well. Again, don't bother with them. Let the true exterminators take over for you. We will perform a complete virus, adware/malware removal for you and get you up and running smoothly again. Of course, bear in mind that sometimes things happen as you are killing those little buggers! So, remember to backup all your personal data before we begin to work on it, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost data, software, or information (including the complete operating system) lost or damaged due to problems related to virus removal.
Hardware Alert!: Your cousin Bubba just gave you his old video card "cuz he jus gutta newun at wally wurld." Or, you just had to have that shiny all-in-one fax/printer/scanner/modem/coffee maker/mini fridge. Now what do you do? Forget it! When you want to really get serious about your computer needs, we will build you anything you want! With our Build Alert! service, you provide all the parts necessary, and we will put it together for you (pricing includes with or without installing an OS, "operating system", for you). Don't know what in the world to buy, or where to start, but you do know what you want your computer to look like or what it will do? Custom Alert! service is for you. We will listen to everything you have to say about building your dream machine, and price it accordingly for you.
Training Alert!: "Listen, I really want grandpa to be able to talk to me on-line with my favorite IM software, but he doesn't even know how to turn one on! I mean, if he could just figure out how to use that darn headset, we could save hundreds of dollars per year on long distance!" Got you covered! Call us about our "in home" training services. We will customize our lessons to your particular needs to get you, or your loved ones, up to speed and into the new millennium. Computer prices are falling like rain these days. With the growth of the industry's technology base, current prices for prefabricated machines is dropping like flies. Take advantage of the low prices now if you need to update your old system, or just to get your first PC. Of course, always remember, many prefabricated computers have very minimal room for improvements and upgrades, and generally have proprietary equipment and software. This makes upgrading and/or improvements both limited and sometimes difficult. So, that is where our Custom Alert! builds come into play. But, if you are just wanting a basic computer for your basic needs, frankly, there isn't anything wrong with buying one of the prefabricated machines. Generally, their warranty and support polocies are worth the cost of the machine to begin with. So, weigh your options carefully before you make any decisions about what kind of computer you want to buy.

Why do I have viruses, I don't visit inappropriate web sites, ever!
If I had a dollar for every time I have heard that. Sadly, there is no 100% safe way to surf the web. You can pick up viruses, adware, spyware, malware, or any other bugs from literally anywhere. Even trusted websites and trusted e-mail senders can infect you. It is just like in the real world, someone sneezes in the room then leaves, you walk in afterwards and breath the air. Bam! You have a cold! There is no clear cut answer to viruses. There is only preventative measures, treatment for infections, and care not to make similar mistakes in the future.
