company and its predecessor,
I was granted three United States Patents 6,163,005

developed the company's first Modular
Automated Production System. and was a Senior Design Engineeer
on the team that
designed and tested a critical new product for the company, a robust new
Stud
Welding Power Source.

Thank goodness for Outplacement
Counseling and Training. This is something that until
recently and quite unexpectedly I thought I would never want nor need.
The same is true for several dozen Executive Placement Firms (headhunters)
that I have met and worked with during the first half of 2001. I
will never again give one of these professionals the "bum's rush" when
they call me on the phone or send me an e-mail.

would fit in with my new employer and informed me of an opening.
Unfortunately, the last I heard he was still pursuing a position for himself.in
