       Mike "Mr. Quiznos" Clapper moved up in the standings tonight taking first place money with his 17 Pts. 7 W 160 Spread card.  Jordan Kofler captured second place by finishing with her 13 Pt. 6 W 27 Spread. "Saweet Johnny" Hensley collected third place money with his 12 Pt. 6 W 38 Spread card. John "Rotten" Reed was awarded fourth place honors and points but no cash with a 12 Pt. 5 W 58 Spread Card.

      "Sweety" started the new year off  being very lazy and visiting only two different persons. She started this evening with Pat "Driller" Jungmann in his first game. She stayed there until "Curly" Don Russell grabbed her in his game four. That only lasted for two games as Pat "Driller" Jungmann reclaimed her in his game six and held on to collect the $12.00 for the last 24 Hand Pot.

 

EVENT HAPPENINGS 

 

             Mike “Mr. Quiznos ” Clapper starting off tonight losing his first game then came back to win four games skunking both "Trooper" Tom Varnell and "Wild" Willie Evans before losing again. He won his last three games skunking Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest to complete his 17 Pt 7 W 160 Spread Card for first place money and moved up to second place in the club race.

 

              Guest Jordan Kofler started by losing her first game won the next two then lost two more but won her last four skunking "Old # 1" Martin Hellberg to complete her 13 Pt 6 W 27 Spread Card to finish in second place tonight. 

      

               "Saweet Johnny" Hensley won his first four games lost one then won two of his last four games to give him a 12 Pt 5 W -19 Spread Card to add to his point total and give him third place money tonight.

 

               John "Rotten" Reed won his first game lost the next two and bounced back and forth skunking Pat "Driller" Jungmann and Shirley "Buzz Saw Guest  winning and losing while completing his 12 Pt. 5 W 58 Spread card to collect fourth place honors but no cash while adding to his point lead tonight.

     SPECIAL POOLS

 

            No special hands were found tonight which leaves three special hands for our next session.

 

 

     28/29 POOL

 

         Only one attempt reported tonight to drain the pool. J. R. "The Spoiler" Cast held a 10 and three 5's but only managed to cut a Q. The pool now stands at $284.00.

 

     Skunk Fund

 

             The skunk pot stamps were busy again and the fund was more prosperous tonight. It received $2.75 by the end of the evening. WE STILL THANK ALL OF YOU!! !!
