        Don "Curly" Russell added to his points total tonight taking first place money with a 15 Pts. 7 W 103 Spread card. Pat "Driller" Jungmann added points and cash to his pocket with a second place finish with his 13 Pt. 6 W 18 Spread card. "Captain" Jack Stemmer moved up in the standings taking third place money with a 12 Pt. 6 W 33 Spread card. "Bad Betty" Morehouse continued her winning ways with fourth place cash but no points with an 11 Pt. 5 W 19 Spread Card.

      "Sweety" was very very lazy this evening . She waited until game four when J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast finally woke her. She fell asleep there and stayed the whole night so he could collect the $14.00 from the last 24 Hand Pot.

 

EVENT HAPPENINGS 

 

            Don "Curly" Russell decided to turn it on and won his first five games skunking J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast in his first one before losing a game. He came back to win two of his last three games to complete a 15 Pt. 7 W 103 Spread Card for first place money.

 

              Pat "Driller" Jungmann lost his first game and won his next two before being skunked by J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast then turned around and skunked J.R.'s wife  Jeanette Cast and winning three more games but losing his last to turn in a 13 Pt. 6 W 18 Spread Card to finish in second place tonight.

      

           "Captain" Jack Stemmer was able to put together a couple of strings of winning games to finish with a 12 Pt 6 W 33 Spread Card to give him third place money and move him up to third place in club point standings tonight.

 

               "Bad Betty" Morehouse alternated winning and losing games tonight until the middle when she lost two but made up for it at the end by winning two in a row after being skunked by "Trooper" Tom Varnell to string together five wins and finish with an 11 Pt. 5W 19 Spread card for fourth place cash only  tonight.

      CLUB POINTS RACE (TOP 5 POINTS LEADERS) The points won from the GRRT have been added to the points total.

     SPECIAL POOLS

 

                  Jeanette Cast picked up the 23 Hand so The Wheel is the only open hand for our next session.

 

 

     28/29 POOL

 

         No attempts reported tonight to drain the pool. So the pool now stands at $365.00.

 

     Skunk Fund

 

             The skunk pot stamps were a little busier resulting in the fund becoming a bit more prosperous tonight. It received $2.00 by the end of the evening. WE STILL THANK ALL OF YOU!! !!
