"Sweety" got more exercise tonight starting with game one and "Old # 1" Martin Hellberg calling out for her. She rested on his scooter until game five when Brad "Young" Taylor took her for a short visit. Then she really hopped around visiting three different persons in the space of one game six. Pat "Driller" Jungmann grabbed her and hardly had any time before Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest snatched her away and in the very next instant J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast stole her and that is where she sat until Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest stole her back in game nine to collect the $14.00 at the end of the evening.
EVENT HAPPENINGS
Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor had a very prosperous evening skunking "Bad Betty" Morehouse and "Old # 1" Martin Hellberg losing only to Helen "The Hellion" Daniels and "Farmer" Jim Harpe winning his last three games to complete his 16 Pt. 7 W 87 Spread Card for first place money.
Pat "Driller" Jungmann increased his club point lead this week winning his first four games before losing to first place finisher Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor. He won his next two before being stopped again by John "Rotten" Reed. He finished off with a win for his 14 Pt. 7 W 73 Spread Card and second place money.
"Captain" Jack Stemmer had a bad start losing three of his first four games but did put together his final five in a row skunking Brad "Young" Taylor and Helen "The Hellion" Daniels in his last two games to complete his 14 Pt. 6 W 105 Spread Card for third place money and share a tie for fourth place in the club points race.
Brad "Young" Taylor also started by losing his first two games, but managed to skunk Mike "Mr Quiznos" Clapper in game three and later on also did it to "Saweet Johnny" Hensley in collecting his 14 Pt. 6 W 67 Spread Card and winning his last one for fourth place money.
John "Rotten" Reed added more points to his total score by finishing out of the money with a 12 Pt. 6 W 22 Spread card.

Four attempts were made at draining the pool tonight. "Saweet Johnny" Hensley held three 5's and a Q but only managed an 2 with the cut in his game two. John "Rotten" Reed held a J and three 5's in his game three but could only get a 10 for no help. Then Brad "Young" Taylor held all four 5's in his game three and came up with only a 9 cut. His second attempt in the same game came with a 10 and three 5's again cutting another 9 card. The pool now is capped at $511.00 after the twenty second night of the season.
Skunk Fund
The skunk fund fared
ok tonight. It received only $2.25
