"Sweety" started out tonight sitting with John "Rotten" Reed in his game two until along came "Farmer" Jim Harpe and grabbed her away in his game four but it was not for long as “Bad Betty” Morehouse collected her in her game four and held her the rest of the evening to collect the $10.00 at the end of the evening.
EVENT HAPPENINGS
Pat “Driller” Jungmann lost his first two games of the night then won his next two skunking Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest then lost again before recovering to win his last four games to complete his 13 Pt. 6 W 53 Spread Card for first place money.
"Trooper" Tom Varnell started off tonight winning his first three games then lost to “Farmer” Jim Harpe but came back to skunk J.R. “the Spoiler” Cast won again then lost to John “Rotten” Reed and Pat “Driller” Jungmann during his last three games to complete his 13 Pt. 6 W 50 Spread Card for second place cash.
John “Rotten” Reed started out winning his first four games but lost his next two getting skunked by J.R. “the Spoiler” Cast in his game six but won another two before losing his last game to complete his 12 Pt. 6 W 0 Spread Card for third place money.
Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest started off losing
three of her first four games even getting skunked by Pat “Driller” Jungmann in game four but then
won her next four losing her last one for her 10 Pt. 5 W 21 Spread Card for fourth place honors.

SPECIAL POOLS
Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest caught the Crib Flush and "Saweet Johnny" Hensley found the 23 Hand tonight which leaves only The Wheel open for this coming week.
28/29 POOL
Two attempts made at draining the pool tonight. Helen “The Hellion” Daniels had a J and three 5’s but came up short with a 7 cut. Then "Trooper" Tom Varnell tried in his game five with a 10 and three 5's but could only cut a K for a nice 20 hand. The pool is capped at $511.00 for now.
Skunk Fund
The skunk fund fared poorly this
evening. It received only $1.25 by the end of the evening. WE STILL
