    Pat "Driller" Jungmann added more to his points total this evening with his 19 Pts. 7 W 241 Spread card. Zeke "Da Zappa" Blocklinger finished in second place with his 16 Pt. 7 W 113 Spread card. "Farmer" Jim Harpe collected third place money with an 11 Pt. 5 W 12 Spread card.  "Bad Betty" Morehouse took fourth place honors only with her 10 Pt. 5 W 28 Spread card.

"Sweety" wasn’t a whole lot more energettic tonight as she only moved around only three places tonight. She started out the evening with Zeke “Da Zappa” Blocklinger in his game one. She stayed there for quite a while until “Easy” Ed Baustian grabbed her in his game six. That only lasted a couple of games as Dick “The Grumbler” Taylor took her away in his game eight and collected the $24.00 from last weeks and this weeks pots.

EVENT HAPPENINGS

Pat “Driller” Jungmann started off the night skunking J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast and Helen “The Hellion” Daniels in his first two games. He got stopped by “Easy” Baustian in game three but came roaring back winning his next five games also skunking Dick “The Grumbler” Taylor, “Captain” Jack Stemmer and Shirley “Buzz Saw” Guest before losing his last game to “Trooper” Tom Varnell to complete is 19 Pt. 7 W 241 Spread Card for first place money.

Zeke “Da Zappa” Blocklinger had a good night winning his first three games and skunking Shirley “Buzz Saw” Guest. He did manage to lose only two of his last six games and also skunked Helen “The Hellion” Daniels to complete his 16 Pt. 7 W 113 Spread Card for second place.

“Farmer” Jim Harpe started out by winning his first three games skunking Dick “The Grumbler” Taylor in number three. He then alternated losing two and winning two and losing his last two to finish out his 11 Pt. 5 W 12 Spread Card for third place money but no points.

"Bad Betty" Morehouse won her first game but from there on could not put together more than two wins in a row to complete her 10 Pt. 5 W 28

Spread Card for fourth place honors only.

SPECIAL POOLS

       “Captain” Jack Stemmer found the 23 Hand tonight which leaves only the Raggedy Ann as the only hand open for this coming week.

  28/29  POOL

Two attempts made at draining the pool tonight. “Bad Betty” Morehouse had a J and three 5’s but came up short with a Q cut. The second attempt was by “Easy” Ed Baustian with a J and three 5’s this time also cutting a Q for no help in his game seven. The pool is still capped at $511.00 for now.

 Skunk Fund

             The skunk fund went begging tonight. It received only $1.75 by the end of the evening. With eleven skunks tonight there should have been another $1.00 contributed  WE STILL THANK ALL OF YOU!!
