    "Bad Betty" Morehouse ran over almost everyone this evening with her 18 Pts. 8 W 179 Spread card for first place. J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast finished in second place with his 13 Pt. 6 W 30 Spread card. Helen "The Hellion" Daniels collected third place money with another 13 Pt. 6 W 27 Spread card. Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor took fourth place for points but no cash with his 12Pt 6 W 71 Spread card and “Captain Jack” Stemmer also scored points with another 12 Pt. 5 W 64 Spread card.

"Sweety" is getting lazier every week as she only visited two people tonight. She started out the evening with “Captain Jack” Stemmer in his game three. She stayed there all night until Dick “The Grumbler” Taylor took her away in his game nine and collected the $12.00 from this weeks pot.

EVENT HAPPENINGS

"Bad Betty" Morehouse started off the night skunking Shirley “Buzz Saw” Guest and “Saweet Johnny” Hensley in two of her first three games before being stopped by Dick “The Grumbler” Taylor in game four but came roaring back winning her last five games to complete her 18 Pt. 8 W 179 Spread Card for first place money.

J.R. “The Spoiler” Cast had a good night despite being skunked in his first game by “Captain Jack” Stemmer. He did manage to lose only two more of his last eight games and skunked Helen “The Hellion” Daniels to complete his 13 Pt. 6 W 30 Spread Card for second place.

Helen “The Hellion” Daniels started out by losing three of her first four games before running off five games in a row and skunking “Saweet Johnny” Hensley in her last one to finish out her 13 Pt. 6 W 27 Spread Card for third place money.

Dick “The Grumbler” Taylor won two games in a row each time losing one in between to complete his 12 Pt. 6 W 71 Spread Card for fourth place honors but no cash.

“Captain Jack” Stemmer also managed to score points tonight with another 12 Pt 5 W 64 Spread card skunking J.R. “The Spoiler” Cast in his first game and “Farmer” Jim Harpe in his last one.

SPECIAL POOLS

       “Trooper” Tom Varnell picked up the Raggedy Ann which opened all of the pools tonight. Then in his last game John “Rotten” Reed found the Wheel in his crib as the only hand not open for the coming week.

  28/29  POOL

Two attempts made at draining the pool tonight. Captain Jack” Stemmer had a J and three 5’s in his game five but came up short with a K cut. The second attempt was by John “Rotten” Reed with a K and three 5’s this time cutting a 9 for no help in his game eight. The pool is still capped at $511.00 for now.

 Skunk Fund

             The skunk fund was a little more prosperous tonight. It received $2.00 by the end of the evening. WE STILL THANK ALL OF YOU!!
