         John “Rotten” Reed moved into the standings taking first place money tonight with an 18 Pt. 8 W 151 Spread card.  Dave “Da Boz” Bosley came in second tonight with a 13 Pt. 6 W 78 Spread card. Mike “Mr. Quiznos” Clapper won his first points of the year coming in third place with another 13 Pt. 6 W 43 Spread card. Pat “Driller” Jungmann finished in fourth place with his 12 Pt. 5 W 70 Spread Card.

      "Sweety" was as lazy as she could be tonight. She went to Mike “Mr. Quiznos” Clapper and there she stayed for the whole evening so he could collect the $14.00 from the last 24 Hand Pot.

                                                                                                       

EVENT HAPPENINGS 

 

               John “Rotten” Reed started off the night winning his first five games and losing only his sixth before completing his card winning his last three while skunking both Dick “The Grumbler” Taylor and “Old # 1” Martin Hellberg in his  last two to capture first place finishing with an 18 Pt. 8 W 151 Spread card.

                                                                                                  

              Dave “Da Boz” Bosley bounced back and forth winning and losing before skunking Don “Curly” Russell then winning three of his last four games to finish out his night with a 13 Pt. 6 W 78 Spread card and take over first place in the club race.

 

            Mike “Mr. Quiznos” Clapper lost his first game but came back to win three in a row and lost only two other games all night to collect his first points of the season tonight putting together another 13 Pt. 6 W 43 Pt. card for third place money.

                       

              Pat “Driller” Jungmann lost three of his first four games of the night but rebounded to win four of his last five games skunking Don “Curly” Russell and Debbie “River Rat” Shelley in his last two games to post a 12 Pt. 5 W 70 Spread card to collect fourth place cash.

     SPECIAL POOLS

 

              Scott “Spud” Shelley found his Crib Flushed and John “Rotten” Reed caught the 23 Hand tonight which leaves the Wheel as the only hand available for next week’s session.

 

 

     28/29 POOL

 

      Helen “The Hellion” Daniels tried tonight with a Q and three 5’s  but only managed to cut an 4 in her game,  so the pool is now up to $182.00 for next week’s play.

.

 

     Skunk Fund

 

             The skunk pot stamps were not as busy tonight so the fund fared fairly in receiving another $2.50 by the end of the evening. WE STILL THANK ALL OF YOU!! !!
