Two new entries into the points and money race tonight. First place going to Helen "The Hellion" Daniels with a 14Pt. 6W 81 Spread card. Second place went to Mike "Mr. Quiznos" Clapper with his 13Pt. 6W 82 Spread card. The third and last point place going to "Old#1" Martin Hellberg with his 12Pt. 6W 23 Spread card. J. R. Cast grabs fourth place money but no points with only an 11Pt. 5W 24 Spread card.

"Sweety" started her
journey early tonight with "Old #1" Martin Hellberg taking her in his
first game. But she didn't get to rest very long as Mike "Mr. Quiznos"
Clapper in his first game then took her for a long ride with him.
"Saweet" Johnny Hensley finally wrested her away in his game six and hung
onto her until along came "Captain " Jack Stemmer in the last game
of the evening and stole her for the final $14.00 of the night.
EVENT HAPPENINGS
Helen "The Hellion Daniels started off the evening winning her first two games then promptly lost her next two before recovering and putting together four straight wins including two skunks. Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest was her first skunk victim then J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast was her next one. She did manage to come up short in her last game against "John "Rotten" Reed to complete her 14 Pt. 6 W 81 Spread card and first place money tonight.
Mike "Mr. Quiznos" Clapper joined the points and money race tonight also starting off winning his first two games. But he wasn't able to put together more than two wins in a row all night and still finished in second place winning his last two games for a 13 Pt 6 W 82 Spread card.
"Old #1 " Martin Hellberg collect points and cash tonight finishing third with a 12 Pt. 6 W 23 Spread card despite being skunked in two of his last three games. John "Rotten " Reed living up to his name did it in game seven and Jim "The Teach" Duff also sprayed him in game nine.
J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast lost his first game then bounced back and forth between winning and losing all evening and still managed to pull together an 11 Pt. 5 W 24 Spread card to collect fourth place money but no points tonight.

No
action reported again this evening on the only pool open, the crib flush.
28/29 POOL
"Captain" Jack Stemmer tried
for a 28 hand
tonight holding 3 5's and a 10 but only cut a J for a
nice 20 hand in his game three. The other attempt was made by Jim "The
Teach" Duff when he held 3 5's and a Q but only cut a 6
for no help at all to his hand.
The skunk fund was a little more prosperous tonight. It received
$1.75 by the end of the evening, WE THANK ALL OF YOU!!
