Pat "Driller" Jungmann  increased his lead in the points race with a 15Pt. 7 W 59 Spread card. He was followed by JR "The Spoiler" Cast with a 13Pt. 6W 79 Spread card. Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor took third place with the second 13Pt. 6W 64 Spread card, and in fourth place surprised Helen "The Hellion" Daniels came in with a 10Pt. 5W -21 Spread card.

     "Sweety"  had too much to eat during the night off last week and waited until game 2 for JR "The Spoiler" Cast who took her with all intentions of pulling "Bad" Betty Morehouse's trick and keeping her all night. "Bad" Betty would have none of that and waited until  game 8 to cradle her in her arms and kept her warm for only the second 24 hand of the entire evening.

 

  EVENT HAPPENINGS

                                                                                                                                                                                     

            Pat "Driller" Jungmann  was back in shape tonight to capture first place and add to his lead in the club with his 15 Pt. 7 Win 59 Spread Card. He won his first four games before getting skunked in his fifth by Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor.   He recovered and won the next three before losing his last game to "Trooper" Tom Varnell

       

          JR "The Spoiler" Cast returned to the money winners circle by finishing second with his 13 Pt. 6 Win Card. He started off strong by skunking "Trooper" Tom Varnell  but then fell apart and lost his next two games. He recovered and went on to win five straight before losing his last one of the evening.

            

          Dick "The Grumbler got back into the money and points race finishing third with another 13 Pt. 6W card. He lost his 1st , 4th and 7th games winning two games in between each one for his third place finish tonight.   

    

       Helen "The Hellion" Daniels was surprised tonight when she completed the money race tonight by coming in fourth with a 10 Pt. 5 W card and last place prize money but no GR points..

SPECIAL POOLS
               

                 JR "The Spoiler" Cast caught the 23 Hand in game 8 tonight so only the Wheel remains to be paid out before all the pools can be reopened

 

   28/29  POOL 

 
                 Only one person had a shot tonight at a 28 hand. "Jumpin' " Jack Stemmer had 3 5's and a 10 but only came up with a lowly ace for no help for the money.


SKUNK FUND         

          The skunk fund fared a little better tonight. It received $1.50 by the end of the evening, WE THANK ALL OF YOU!!
