"Sweety" must have been
tired from all of the jumping around of last week , but started off the night
landing in "Bad" Betty Morehouse's hands in her first game. She rested
there until Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor took her for another rest in his
third game of the evening. Along came Helen "The Hellion" Daniels in her
game six and took her for the rest of the evening and the $12.00 that she
carried with her.
EVENT HAPPENINGS
"Bad Ms 28" Betty Morehouse started off the evening nicely winning her first three games before running into Dave "Da Boz" Bosley and John "Rotten" Reed to suffer her only two losses of the evening. She completed her 16 Pt. 7 W 86 Spread card by skunking both second place finisher Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor and J.R. "The Spoiler" Cast.
Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor also managed to skunk two players , Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest in his first game and club leader "Saweet" Johnny in his fifth to put together his 16 Pt. 7 W 65 Spread card. He won five straight games before "Bad" Betty skunked him in his sixth.
"Captain" Jack Stemmer got back into the money again after winning his String of Pearls certificate a few weeks ago with his 14 Pt. 7 W 50 Spread card for third and last cash place of the evening
Dave "Da Boz" Bosley acquired more points this evening but no cash coming in fourth place with a 13 Pt. 6W 106 Spread card.

SPECIAL POOLS
No action tonight so the Crib Flush is the only hand left to claim to reopen all of the pools again.
28/29 POOL
Two attempts to drain the pool tonight. Dick "The Grumbler" Taylor in his
game one held 3 5's and a J and cut only a nine. Then Helen
"The Hellion" Daniels tried it in her game five again with 3 5's
and a J this time cutting a four , so it now stands at $135.00.
Skunk Fund
The skunk fund got a little healthier tonight. It received
only $2.00 by the end of the evening. WE STILL THANK ALL OF YOU!!
DIRECTOR’S NOTE
Zeke "Da Zappa" Blocklinger was the head judge tonight, thanks for your help.
