Ms. Sweety
fell in love tonight with Pat "Driller" Jungmann and he couldn't keep his
hands off her either. She visited him three times tonight, the first time in
game 3 then twice in game 6 with "Easy " Ed Baustian, after a short
visit with Tom "Trooper" Varnell in game 4. That turned out to be
where she spent the rest of the evening in Pat's loving hands.
EVENT HAPPENINGS
First was Tom "Trooper" Varnell with
a 16 Gm Pt, 7
W, 166 Spread Pts. card tonight. Tom lost his second game to
Pat
"Driller" Jungmann but
then ran off 6 straight before losing his last one to "Saweet" John Hensley.
Pat "Driller" Jungman came in second tonite with a 14 pt. 7 W 84 spread. He started off the night by winning three straight. He then lost his next two games but recovered and won three more in a row before succumbing to his nemesis Helen "The Hellion" Daniels for his last loss in his final game.
Wayne " Super Trooper" Van Clausen managed to grab third place with a final game skunk of Dick " The Grumbler" Taylor for a 13 pt. 6 W 69 spread card. He was only able to put together a three game win streak in the middle of his card but it was good enough to earn him GR points tonight.
John "Rotten " Reed grabbed the last money spot of the evening for 4th place with a 12 pt. 6 W 32 spread card. He was not an able to string more than two wins together all night long and even got skunked in game 3 by "Easy" Ed Baustian when Ed caught a 23 hand to go out on him. No GR points scored for him either.

SPECIAL POOLS
The special pools are open
and Tom "Trooper" Varnell got Raggedy Andy tonight. "Ole #1
Martin Hellberg caught the Crib flush. "Easy" Ed Baustian first
counted his 23 hand as only a 21 as that's what he needed to skunk John
"Rotten" Reed in game 3. The Judge was called and he declared it invalid as
Ed had taken his hand off the peg after placing it in the win hole. The Judge
recanted and awarded him the 23 pool money anyway
28/29 POOL
"Ole # 1" Martin Hellberg
started off the evening in game 2 with three 5's and a
Jack and cut a nine. Then DeWayne "Big E " Eisenbarth in game 5 had
three 5's and a Jack and cut an 8. "Lethal" Lisa Duff had a shot in
her 9th game with 3 more 5's and another Jack but cut another Jack. Finally in
"Bad" Betty Morehouse's last Game with Marty had a shot at a 29 hand with
3 fives and Jack of clubs but only came up with an 8.
SKUNK FUND
The skunk fund was busy tonight, it received $2.25 at the end of the evening, WE THANK ALL OF
