Jim "Teacher" Duff snuck
into first place tonight with a 14 point 7 wins 67 spread points.
Pat "Driller Jungmann was second with a 14 pt 7 wins 66 points. "Da Boz" Dave Bosley was back
in the money with third place again still no GR points scored. Twelve players were
on hand to play the first night of this final month of the season.

Ms. Sweety
almost took the night off tonight as she rested until game 8 when "Easy Ed"
Baustian hollered for her with the only 24 of the night as it turned out.
This helped him skunk Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest by 44 points. A
number of other players had chances at 24 hands bun none of them proved
fruitful.
EVENT HAPPENINGS
First was Jim "The Teacher" Duff with
a 14 Gm Pt, 7
W, 67 Spread Pts. card tonight. Jim lost his second game to
"Da Boz" but
then ran off 4 straight before losing game seven to Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest. He
finished out the night by winning his last two games and sneaking past Pat
"Driller" Jungman for first place by only one spread point.
Pat "Driller" Jungman came in second tonite with a 14 pt. 7 W 66 spread. He started off the night by winning four straight before being skunked in his fifth game by Helen " The Hellion" Daniels by 34 pts. He recovered and won his next three but lost his last game to "Da Boz" to finish out the night.
"Da Boz" Dave Bosley slid into third place again with a 12 pt. 6 W 30 spread. He won his first 4 games but lost his fifth to Shirley "Buzz Saw" Guest . He won two of his last four to close out his card. In the money again but still no GR points scored for the second week in a row.

SPECIAL POOLS
The special pools are open
and Helen "The Hellion" Daniels caught the Crib flush to open
up all of the special pools again. No other action in special pools reported for
the evening. The Judge had a relatively quiet night.
28/29 POOL
Helen "The Hellion" Daniels had another
chance at a 28 hand this evening. Three 5's and a
Jack and cut an eight..
SKUNK FUND
The skunk fund was busy tonight, it received $1.75 at the end of the evening, WE THANK ALL OF
