J.R. “The Spoiler” Cast took home first place money
with a 13 pt 6w 34 card, followed by “Saweeet” Johnny Hensley with a 13pt, 6w 31
card and in the final third place Pat “The Driller” Jungmann with a 12 pt 6w 55
card.

“The Teach” Duff started the night
in the third game with the first 24. It
was not until the sixth game that Shirley “Buzz saw” Guest took it away
from him. Then in the last hand of the
last game “Old #1” Martin Hellberg took it away for the last 24.
EVENT HAPPENINGS
First place went to J.R. “The Spoiler” Cast who Skunked “Saweeet” Johnny Hensley in the first
game and went on to victory with wins over five other victims for a 13pt 6w
card.
"Saweeet" Johnny Hensley overcame his skunk with a commensurate amount of sniveling and in the third game beat Pat “The Driller” Jungmann for his first but not last win. He managed to skunk Johnny “Rotten” Reed in the eighth game and ended up with his 13pt 6w card.
Pat “The Driller” Jungmann started his night with a win against Shirley “The Buzz Saw” Guest and went on to a 12pt 6w card which gave him third place.
Even though there were only three money positions, there were four people with 12 pt cards or better.

SPECIAL POOLS
The special pools were
closed. Dick Taylor recommended that the
payout for the special pools be reduced to $5.00 which would keep the pools
open longer. This will be voted on at
the next meeting.
28/29 POOL
J.R. “The Spoiler” Cast had
first chance for a 28 hand tonight in game one holding a Jack and 3 5's but
only cut a ? for no help Pat "Driller" Jungmann had
a chance for a 29 in game four and in the next hand had a chance for a 28. He
didn’t get the cut in either hand.
SKUNK FUND
The skunk fund was not
so busy tonight. It received only $1.75 at the end of the evening, WE THANK ALL
OF YOU!!
