There is no evidence the Jail Bird ever attacked the United States, but, about 140,000 military troops were sent to catch him. Less than One-Third (< 1/3) that number was sent to catch the Free Bird.
Planning, Policy, and Priority is WRONG. As of the date of this writing, August 22, 2004 it has been almost Three (3) Years since September 11, 2001. Almost One Thousand (1,000) United States Military Personnel have lost their lives chasing the wrong bird, while the real killer remains free - and - Breathing Free Air.

If there was a United States Ship near or in the Gulf of Tonkin in 1964 to protect the Sea Lanes in order to prevent Piracy of and Attacks on Oil Tanker Shipping, to help preserve and enhance the Oil Profits of the "cronies" of the 36th President, where exactly was the United Sates Ship when it was "Attacked" in the Shipping Lanes?
If you look and pay attention you can find within the "Intelligence Apparatus" people calling themselves "Experts" writing books and reporting "Hearsay" as "factual evidence" from a Third Party so called Witness to Events. Keep your eyes and ears open and you'll discover why "Military Intelligence" is called an "Oxymoron". There are many very educated - very intelligent people, probably a vast majority, within the "Apparatus" but time and again they prove they will not exercise enough common sense to fight for the truth and not corrupt the data to make it say what they think their superiors want to hear. If they were working in Agricultural Statistical Data Analysis the average farmer would fire them because 'one bad apple will spoil the whole barrel'.
