CIA
The Central Intelligence Agency (Black Ops) International terrorist network of U.S. sponsored spy agencies, death squads, terrorist training organizations, and various other secret foreign and domestic assets. Known and feared worldwide simply as CIA, or The CIA, the Central Intelligence Agency's Covert Operations Division, A.K.A., Black Ops Division, operates and controls the most powerful and well-entrenched terrorist groups and terrorist training organizations in the world. Working out of the United States under the publicly known front of the legitimate intelligence gathering and coordinating agency also known as CIA, the Black Ops Division is actually an OSS spinoff which has been permitted, since the Agency's debut in 1946, to conduct various illegal undercover operations, including political assassinations, coup d'etats, and propaganda and disinformation campaigns, repeatedly overthrowing or attempting to overthrow legitimate governments, in direct, unaccountable violations of federal and international laws. |
In cooperation with the School of the Americas, A.K.A. the School of Assassins (SOA), also chartered under President Harry S. Truman in 1946, the CIA oversees a plethora of U.S. trained death squads, mercenaries, and terrorist resistance groups which have been created, trained, and armed, usually at U.S. taxpayer expense, but sometimes under "black budget" funding schemes, often involving drug smuggling and illegal arms sales, and other legal and illegal sources, to support various U.S.-backed puppet governments and banana republic toadies, in South America, Central America, the Congo, Southeast Asia, South Korea, the Mideast, and many other hot spots on the globe. Over 60,000 soldiers, policemen, and terrorists have been trained by the School of the Americas in Latin America alone.
After the Nicaraguan people threw out the U.S. supported dictator Anastasio Somoza and his National Guard, in favor of the popular Sandanistas government, the CIA employed their Argentinian death squad assets to train, arm, and support the exiled National Guard, and other Somoza loyalist exiles, who then became the well-known Nicaraguan Contra terrorist resistance group, in an accellerating arms buildup which ultimately led to the illegal Iran-Contra arms for hostages deals negotiated under President Reagan's regime.
CIA secretly aided the mujahideen in their efforts to topple the government of Afghanistan in the 1980s, by training them as terrorists, and by sending them arms and money. Saudi Arabia sent matching funds. A quote from Bill Casey, who was Director of the CIA during the Reagan years:
“The conduit of arms was running smoothly... Arms were being purchased on the international market with Saudi money and the CIA was flying them from Dhahran to Islamabad... The CIA was also flying in weapons and ammunition... Ten thousand tons of arms and ammunition were going through the channel every year. By 1985, this would rise to 65,000 tons.”
(Quoted in Peter Schweizer's book, Victory—The Reagan Administration’s Secret Strategy that Hastened the Collapse of the Soviet Union.)
CIA pressured President Evil 2 (George W. Bush) not to send ground troops into Afghanistan to support the Northern Alliance, in order to placate Pakistan and the Taliban. The alternative -- carpet-bombing Afghanistan -- resulted in thousands of civilian deaths (exceeding the 9/11 death toll in the US, in case you're keeping score).
The Association for Responsible Dissent estimates that by 1987, 6 million people had died as a result of CIA covert operations.
