Minutes of the April 4 High Adventure meeting:

In attendance: Alec, Justin, Jimmy, Greg, Mr. Weebs, Mr. Werner, Mrs. Glinski for Ben.

Greg's plans for the summer were changed so he will be able to join us. Yeah! His joining us created a new agenda item: create crews.

Tasks completed:

2 crews were defined: Group I(get a name you guys):Justin, Weebs, Peter(C.C.), Alec, Terry.

Group II(The Ice Cream Crew: TICC): Ben & Jerry, Greg, Jimmy(C.C.), Ray, Paul.

2 crew chiefs were selected: Peter for Group I(get a name you guys), Jimmy for TICC.

Treasurer was selected and the honor fell to Greg.

Dehydrating assignments were made:Fruit by Alec; Fruit leather by Greg; Jerky by Terry and Paul; Hamburger by Jimmy and Justin; Veggies by Ray; Roast Beef by Peter.

A probable departure time was established(4 A.M. July 3) and essential meetings and tasks were set from there.

July 2, 5 P.M.: Final pack of crew gear, personal gear, and food, and load trailer.

June 15, 12 P.M.(noon): Crew gear inspection and organization.

June 13, 4 P.M.: Food repack.

April 19, 7 P.M.: Next meeting and deliver dehydrator to Jimmy and Justin.

Agenda for the April 19 meeting: (1)Go over personal list. (2)Go over crew list. (3) Reservations. (4) Canoe registrations. (5) Check packs for quantity and repairs. (6) Final approval of menu. (7) Assign guys to fill out the food/grocery list worksheet.
