Called to order at 6:50 PM 04-1 SECRETARY REPORT Minutes to the December 1, 2003 meeting were accepted. 04-2 TREASURER REPORT $(Amount withheld) in savings / $(Amount withheld) in checking / $(Amount withheld) in council account 04-3 OJIBUA DISTRICT BANQUET This will take place on Thursday January 29, 2004 at the KC Hall in Marshfield. Nominations for any awards are due by the January Roundtable. (A conspiracy was hatched at this time with certain members missing . . .) 04-4 TRAINING AVAILABILITY A.C.E.S. training will be held in Wausau on 01/10/04. 04-5 MERIT BADGE AVAILABILITY All three of the Citizenship merit badges are being offered on January 31 and February 14. For those scouts going to Eagle Cave on February 13 – 15, the counselor will re-schedule the second date. (Update 2-2-04) The date of the make-up session for either meeting missed is March 6th at Marshfield Clinic Cafeteria, 8am - Noon. 04-6 TROOP CODE OF CONDUCT This will be presented at the January 19th Troop Meeting. The guidelines will be reviewed by Sam V. and Bill S. 04-7

A discussion was held on how to attract new scouts to the troop.

Speaking of new scouts: Welcome to new scouts Ray K – who will slide in with the Pirate Patrol and CJ P. – who is the first member of the new, yet to be named patrol. OLD BUSINESS Eagle Plaque is being worked on. We are still looking for a scanner/copy type machine to hook up to the troop computer for use during meetings.
