 Called to order at 6:52 PM

 Introduction of parents attending this meeting.  BEN G. IS BACK FROM IRAQ! Welcome Home!

 04-17  SECRETARIES REPORT   Minutes from 03/01/2004 were accepted.

 OLD BUSINESS   Troop Eagle Plaque.  Still being worked on.  Possibly in the area of $300 - $400.  Designs discussed.

 Instructed Bill to contact person to bring back some specific drawings and estimate.  Strobel/2nd Oberg

 OLD BUSINESS   Troop trailer purchase discussed.  Enclosed with rear and front entrance desired.  D Daniel will contact a couple local companies.

 04-18   TREASURERS REPORT  Kym Zillmer is officially taking over duties, however Carol will have to hang on for a time because of the Germany trip.  Lois is still listed on account as a back-up.  Totals are as follows:

Checking account: $xxxx.69     ($xxxx Troop / $xxxx belonging to Germany trip)

Savings account:  $xxxx.91

Account at council: $89.77

FYI New rule from Samoset Council: whenever a scout transfers from another troop, the fee is now $10 (full yearly registration fee) as opposed to the old $1 transfer fee.  No way around it. 

 

04-19        SUMMER CAMP  T-Shirts . . . if 95% of the registered scouters go, they will be FREE (any week summer camp/Germany trip/etc).  Total cost per scout is set by district at $165 – the Troop will be picking up the vast majority of this fee.

04-20   NORTHWOOD CHALLENGE  Excellent extensive training situation for scouts at Tesomas, June 13 – 19.
