Former Scoutmasters of Troop 385
Foundations A
single stone becomes a place to rest To
stand or to sit But
placed in a line with purpose and care It
becomes a path Or
a foundation to build upon Many
stones can form an arch, But
singly none There
is no greater honor than to be a rock In
the foundation of the life of a child A path for a young one to walk downAnd
a gate for them to walk through On
their journey to becoming a man, A
father, an elder and a spirit. Presented to allScoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters In Gratitude and love
For
all you’ve done
For the life of a child
