High Adventure meeting minutes 2/8/04:

There will be only one destination - the BWCAW. Backpacking the Black Hills was dropped for lack of interest.

There are 5 scouts committed to go to BWCAW: Jim E., Justin E., Peter G., Ray K., and Alec S. (two new members were added at the Feb 9 troop meeting: Terry Z. and Paul Z.)

Mr. Webs will make reservations for 2 groups because there are 8 maybes if other plans fall through. It will cost us $12 if we don't use it.

Adults committed are Ben Glinski, Jerry Werner, and Dave Weber and up to 4 other maybes.

The area of the trip was chosen to be the "Inner Loop of Lac la Croix" which was also done in 2000, 1993, 1990, and 1987.

The next H.A. meeting will be Sunday March 14 (Electronic Weekend) at 7 pm at the Scout room. The agenda will include:

Finalize the menu,

Assign food drying items,

Choose a T-shirt,

Fix a cost for crew expenses(gas, food, etc.),

Estimate personal costs (restaurant meals, fish license, etc.),

Set other meeting dates.
