Our family owned embroidery business has grown in the past seven years from a hobby into a full-time occupation.  Our design team has over 30 years of combined experience and works hard to make quality and fast service top priorities.

How many do I have to buy?
There are no minimum quantities at Embroidery Express, but the higher the quantity ordered, the more cost effective each item will be.

When will my order be finished?
Our average turn around time is approximately 2 weeks. Custom logos or artwork require a little more time. Rush service is available.

Can I afford embroidery?
Definitely. We work with our customers to come up with a professional look that doesn’t have to break the bank.

Can I bring in my own shirts?
Your own shirts can be used for embroidery. We aren't liable for replacement if something goes awry in the processing of your order.

How large can my design be?
14 inches x 14 inches is the maximum limit.

Do you personalize items?
There are many different options to personalize depending on embroidery or screening. We can do a quote for your personalization needs.

Every embroidered garment and specialty product that leaves our shop has crisp, clean stitching.  Top of the line digitizing is used to create a high density stitch pattern.  Our quality control department checks each item to ensure the best possible product is delivered to our customers.

Stock artwork: Looking for a design?  Simply browse and choose from our many stock designs at www.dakotacollectibles.com and provide the design number when you place your order with us.

CUSTOM LOGOS: Just e-mail a jpeg or pdf file of the logo desired and we will give you a free estimate.  Custom embroidered logos usually involves a setup fee that depends on the logo size and number of colors. When submitting a logo for a quote please provide the embroidery location you are considering so the quote can be done at the appropriate size. A sample stitch out will be provided of all custom logos prior to stitching any order.

There are different screen printing options available depending on the quantity needed and the product that you want screen printed. All the designs for screen printing and transfers are custom designed. For a minimal fee one of our creative designers will come up with some sample designs for you to choose from. Be sure to let us know approximate quantity so we can recommend the best method.
