9. Frank Xavier2 Averkamp (Anton Vicentius1) was born in Kieler, Grant Cty, WI March 16, 1876. Frank died January 1, 1960 in Kieler, Grant Cty, WI, at 83 years of age. His body was interred in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Kieler.

He married Kathryn Schroeder September 15, 1914. Kathryn was born September 3, 1888. Kathryn was the daughter of Benedict Schroeder and Dorothy Kirchberg. Kathryn died August 29, 1958 at 69 years of age. Her body was interred in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Kieler. Cuba City News-Herald September 4, 1958 Mrs. Frank Averkamp Mrs. Frank (Katherine) Averkamp, 69, died suddenly at her home at 4:30 p.m., Friday, August 29. Funeral services were held Monday morning at Immaculate Conception Church, Kieler, with burial in the church cemetery. Mrs. Averkamp was born on Sept. 3, 1888, near Kieler, and lived on a farm all of her life. On Sept. 15, 1914, she was married to Frank Averkamp at Kieler, Wis. She was a member of the Mothers' Sodality of the Immaculate Conception Church at Kieler. Survivors include her husband; five daughters-Mrs. Wm. (Dorothy) Snyder and Mrs. Dale (Rita) Udelhofen, of Cuba City, Mrs. John (Margaret) Kieler of Dickeyville, Wis., Mrs. Richard (Bertha) McMahon of Lancaster, and Mrs. Irvin (Clotilda) Muller of Kieler; two sons-Aloys of Dickeyville and Francis at home; 36 grandchildren; two sisters, and five brothers. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary, in 1936. Haudenshield Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Haudenshield Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kieler, Wis.; with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Haudenshield Funeral Home in Cuba City, where the rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Surviving are five sisters, Mrs. William (Dorothy) Snyder and Mrs. Dale (Rita) Udelhofen, both of Cuba City, Mrs. John (Margaret) Kieler of Dickeyville, Wis., Mrs. Richard (Bertha) McMahon of Lancaster, Wis., and Mrs. Irvin (Clotilda) Muller of Kieler.
