10. Henry² Averkamp (Anton Vicentius¹) was born in Kieler, Grant Cty, WI September 19, 1878. Henry died January 23, 1946 in Kieler, Grant Cty, WI, at 67 years of age. His body was interred in Kieler, Grant Cty, WI.

He married Agatha Kieler in Kieler, Grant Cty, WI, July 29, 1924. Agatha was born in Kieler, Grant Cty, WI February 5, 1892. Agatha was the daughter of George Kieler and Dorothea Montag.

Henry Averkamp and Agatha Kieler had the following children:

52 i. Baby Girl³ Averkamp was born September 25, 1925. Baby died September 25, 1925 at less than one year of age.

53 ii. Ralph George Averkamp was born in Jamestown Twsp, Grant Cty, WI January 21, 1927. Ralph died February 14, 1999 in Lancaster, Grant Cty, WI, at 72 years of age. Telegraph Herald February 16, 1999 Ralph G. Averkamp Potosi, Wis. - Ralph G. Averkamp, 72, of Potosi, died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999, at Grant County Regional Health Center, Lancaster. Private family services will be held with the Rev. Richard J. Leffler officiating. Burial will be in St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery, Potosi. There will be no visitation. The Metcalfe-Kuenster-Page Funeral home, Potosi, is serving the family. He was born on Jan. 21, 1927, in Jamestown Township, Grant County, son of Henry and Agatha (Kieler) Averkamp. Surviving are a sister, Anna Fritz, of Potosi; one niece; and four nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
