Surviving are his wife, the former Florence Schulting; a son Wilmer of rural East Dubuque; two daughters, Mrs. Lawrence (Eileen) Weber of rural Hazel Green, Wis., and Evelyn at home; 13 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; a brother, Art Averkamp of rural East Dubuque and three sisters, Mrs. Cecilia Hesseling and Mrs. Joe (Babina) Siepker, both of Dickeyville, and Mrs. Theresa Hartung of Platteville, Wis.
