Adeline died January 18, 1989 in Platteville, Grant Cty, WI, at 64 years of age. Her body was interred January 21, 1989 in Calvary Cemetery, Platteville.
She married Walter Henry Budden in Dickeyville, Grant Cty, WI, June 25, 1946. Walter was born in Dubuque, Dubuque Cty, IA September 30, 1922. Walter was the son of Frank Gerad Budden and Elizabeth Mary Ressel. Walter died May 5, 1989 in Platteville, Grant Cty, WI, at 66 years of age. His body was interred May 10, 1989 in Calvary Cemetery, Platteville. Platteville Journal May 9, 1989 Walter Henry Budden Walter Henry Budden, age 66, Platteville, died Friday, May 5, 1989, at Southwest Health Center following a long illness. The son of Frank and Elizabeth Ressel Budden was born in Dubuque, Ial, on Sept. 9, 1922. He attended St. Joseph School of Sinsinawa. He was a World War II veteran having served three years in the army. On June 25, 1946 he married Adeline Hesseling at Holy Ghost Church of Dickeyville. The farmed at Fairplay before moving south of Platteville, wher they continued to farm until 1981, when they retired and moved to Platteville. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Cuba City American Legion Post No 104. Survivors included two sons, Ronald (Marie) Budden and Paul (Carilynn) Budden, all of Platteville; two daughters, Mrs. David (Marie) Langkamp, Platteville, and Mrs. Steven (Pauline) Byrnes, Belmont; 13 grandchildren; and one brother, Francis Budden, Hazel Green. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 10 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Platteville with Fr. Mike Doro officiating. Burial was held in the Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 until 9 p.m. at the Mergen Funeral home on Tuesday, May 9, where the scripture wake service will be held at 8 p.m. Platteville Journal January 24, 1989 Adeline B. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. Survivors included he husband, Walter; two sons, Ronald (Marie) Budden and Paul (Carilynn) Budden, both of Platteville; two daughters, Mrs. David (Marie) Langkamp, Platteville, and Mrs. Steven (Pauline) Byrnes, Belmont; 13 grandchildren; three brothers, Ray and Vince Hesseling, Dickeyville, and Edward Hesseling, Darlington; and one sister, Mrs. John (Marcella) McAuliffe, Dickeyville. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 21 at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church of Platteville with Fr. Mike Doro officiating. Burial was held in the Calvary Cemetery. The Mergen Funeral home of Platteville was in charge of arrangements.
