83. Teresa Florence⁴ Hesseling (Cecilia Mary³ Averkamp, Gerhard (George)², Anton Vicentius¹) was born in Tennyson, Grant Cty, WI January 22, 1934. Teresa died May 16, 1982 in Dubuque, Dubuque Cty, IA, at 48 years of age. Her body was interred May 19, 1982 in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Kieler.

Telegraph Herald May 18, 1982 Mrs. Virgil Brant Hazel Green, Wis. - Services for Mrs. Virgil (Teresa Hesseling) Brant, 48, of Rt. 1 Hazel Green, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kieler, Wis., with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Gene Siegert and Son Funeral home in Cuba City, Wis., where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Mrs. Brant who died at 8 p.m. Sunday at Finley Hospital in Dubuque, graduated from IC Academy in Dubuque in 1952 and worked at the Red Top Supper Club for a number of years. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Altar Society. Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Kenneth at home and David of Cuba City; two daughters, Mrs. Terry (Debbie) Leonard of Dubuque and Janice at home; four grandchildren; three brothers, Ray and Vince Hesseling, both of Dickeyville, Wis., and Edward Hesseling of Darlington, Wis., and two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Adeline) Budden of Platteville, Wis., and Mrs. John (Marcella) McAuliffe of Cuba City. A Teresa Brant Memorial Fund has been established.

Teresa Florence Hesseling and Virgil Joseph Brant had the following children:

+ 342 i. Debra Ann⁵ Brant was born March 22, 1954.

+ 343 ii. Kenneth Vincent Brant (still alive).

344 iii. Janice Mary Brant (still alive).

+ 345 iv. David Vincent Brant (still alive).
