She married Mark Joseph Meyer in Platteville, Grant Cty, WI, November 22, 1944. Mark was born in Platteville, Grant Cty, WI July 17, 1918. Mark was the son of Anton Meyer and Rose Holzer. He married Florence C. Hartung on Nov. 22, 1944, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Platteville. He enjoyed playing euchre, hunting, fishing and all outdoor activities. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Platteville. Surviving are three daughters, Sheila (Marshall) Harms, of Platteville, Diane Kirkeeng, of Stoughton, and Lisa (Ron) Deutsch, of Belmont; six grand-children and one great-grandson; two sisters, Helen (Lawrence) Gallagher, of Platteville, and Hilda (Gerald) Kramer, or Farley, Iowa; and two brothers, Ervin (Anna Mae) Meyer, and Robert (Nellie) Meyer, both of Platteville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence, on June 19, 1998; his parents; two sisters, Rosemary Dalsing and Eileen Kohout; and two brothers, Raymond and Gerald Meyer. Surviving are her husband, Mark, of Platteville; three daughters, Sheila (Marshall) Harms, of Platteville, Diane Kirkeeng, of Oregon, and Lisa (Ron) Deutsch, of Fort Irwin, Calif.; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; and six brothers and sisters, Linus (Alice) Hartung, of Mineral Point, Wilfred (Pat) Hartung, of Platteville, Rosemary Reisen, of Lexington, Ky., Lorraine (Dick) Van Sant, of Nekoosa, Eugene Hartung, of Livingston, and Robert (Rita) Hartung, of Nathrop, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Rita Hartung; and two brothers, Cletus Hartung, and an infant brother.
