Telegraph Herald February 18, 2000 Rosemary B. Reisen PLATTEVILLE, Wis. - Rosemary B. Reisen, 71, of Nicholasville, Ky., formerly of Platteville, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2000, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Lexington, Ky. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Platteville, with the Rev. Charles Schluter officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Platteville. Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the church. The Bendorf Funeral Home, Platteville, is in charge of arrangements. She was born on Nov. 4, 1928, in Dickeyville, daughter of George and Theresa (Averkamp) Hartung. She graduated from Platteville High School in 1946. Following graduation, she worked as a secretary at the Vinegar Hill Mine and then at Montgomery Ward store in Platteville. She then worked as a teller at several horse race tracks and was currently working at Keeneland Race Park, Lexington, Ky. She was a member of Pax Christie Catholic Church, Nicholasville. Surviving are three children, Donna (George) Harbour, of Lynchburg, Va., Sharon (Timothy) Rutherford, of Proctorville, Ohio, Cathy Chapman, of Belle, W.Va.; six grandchildren, Todd, George III and Andrea Harbour, and Tiffany Rutherford, Briania and Joshua Chapman; a great-granddaughter, Marley; a sister, Lorraine (Richard) Van Sant, of Nekoosa; three brothers, Wilfred (Patricia) Hartung, of Platteville, Eugene Hartung, of Livingston, and Robert (Rita) Hartung, of Nathrop, Colo.; and an aunt, Rosaline (Anton) Bichler, of Mineral Point. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Florence Meyer and Mary Hartung, in infancy; and three brothers, Cletus and Linus Hartung, and one in infancy. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society
