27. Walter⁵ Coulthart Sr. (John⁴, John³, John², Christopher¹) was born in Scotland April 9, 1820. Walter died March 16, 1892 in Grafton, Walsh Cty, ND, at 71 years of age.

He married Nancy Duprat. Nancy was born in New York 1822. Nancy died 1898 in Grafton, Walsh Cty, ND, at 76 years of age. Her body was interred in Grafton City Cemetery, Grafton, ND. Passed Away At the home of his son, near Cashel Mr. Walter Coulthart, Sr., at the age of 72 years. His death was due to blood poisoning, resulting from a slight scratch on the hand. The deceased was a native of Scotland, and came to this country in 1863 settled near Northfield, Minnesota, where he followed the occupation of farming. He removed to North Dakota about three years ago has since resided near Cashel, this county. He leaves a widow and a grown up family, consisting of four sons and four daughters to mourn his loss.

+ 89 i. John Sidenham⁶ Coulthart was born November 19, 1844.

90 ii. Mary E Coulthart was born in Ontario 1846. Mary died 1899 at 53 years of age. Her body was interred in Grafton City Cemetery, Grafton, ND. She married Issac P Heath in Minnesota, 1875.

91 iii. Adam F Coulthart was born in Ontario 1848.

92 iv. Christopher Coulthart was born in Ontario 1851. Christopher died after 1923.

+ 93 v. Walter Coulthart Jr. was born January 3, 1853.

+ 94 vi. Jane A Coulthart was born February 8, 1855.

95 vii. Nancy Coulthart was born in Ontario 1858. Nancy died May 23, 1927 in Wood Cty, WI, at 68 years of age. Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune May 4, 1927 To Hold Funeral for Nancy Coulthart Nancy Coulthart, 73, passed away yesterday morning at Marshfield as the result of a cerebral hemorrhage, following an illness of long standing. Miss Coulthart was a former resident of Rudolph, living there until ten years ago, when she moved to Marshfield Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at two o'clock from the Baker and Son undertaking parlors, the Rev. D.O. Anderson of the Methodist Episcopal church officiating. Burial will be made in Forest Hill. A niece residing in Redwood, Cal., is the only surviving relative.

96 viii. William Coulthart was born in Ontario 1861.

97 ix. Agnes Coulthart was born in Ontario 1864. Agnes died 1894 at 30 years of age. Her body was interred in Grafton City Cemetery, Grafton, ND. Identified on the 1885 North Dakota Census, age 21, ED06-062-06, born in Canada, living in Grafton, Walsh County.
