533. Mary Jane (Mae)8 Coulthart (Raymond John7, John Sidenham6, Walter5, John4, John3, John2, Christopher1) was born in Green Bay, Brown Cty, WI May 12, 1910. Mary died May 18, 1992 in Kenosha, Kenosha Cty, WI, at 82 years of age. Her body was interred May 21, 1992 in West Lawn Memorial Park.
She married Carlos Edward Stuebe in Racine, Racine Cty, WI, March 5, 1931. Carlos was born in Oakwood, IL April 28, 1907. Carlos died December 7, 1988 in Racine, Racine Cty, WI, at 81 years of age. His body was interred December 10, 1988 in West Lawn Memorial Park. Racine Journal Times December 8, 1988 Stuebe, Mr. Carlos E. 1906 Durand Ave. Age 81. Oldest of Oscar and Estella Stuebes 10 children. Passed away on December 7, 1988, at St. Luke's Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 28, 1907, in Oakwood, IL. Mr. Stuebe was married to the former Mary Jane (Mae) Coulthart, on March 5, 1931. He was employed as a Supervisor at Massey Harris for 31 years, then worked as a Stationary Engineer in the Courthouse for 7 years, last working as a Bailiff in Racine County from 1973-1982. Mr. Stuebe was a member of Racine Lodge No. 18 F. & A.M., Racine Commandery No. 7, Past High Priest of Orient Chapter No 12 of Royal Arch Mason, Past Thrice Illustrious Master of Racine Council No. 5 R.&S.M., Racine Shrine Club, Tripoli Temple, 32nd Degree Mason, Racine Scottish Rite and Valley of Milwaukee, York Rite College No. 38 Kenosha, United Commercial Travelers of America. Surviving are his wife, Mary Jane (Mae); two sons and daughters-in-law, Edward L. and Adeline Stuebe, Thomas R. and Eileen Stuebe, all of Racine; and one daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Gerald St. James of Hawaii; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca and Arthur Zwicker of E. Moline, IL; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Juanita Stuebe of Oakwood, IL, William and Dorothy Stuebe of Tilton, IL; three sisters-in-law and two brother-in-law, Edith Stuebe of Racine, Charles and Hazel Coulthart of Burlington, WI, Clayton and Pat Faust of Racine. Also many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. at the Hanson Funeral Home, with Rev. John Jewell officiating. Internment will be at West Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Masonic services will be held Friday at 7:00 p.m. All Master Masons are asked to meet at the funeral home at 6:45 p.m. Memorial to the St. Luke's Dialysis Center, the Kidney Foundation or Shrine Hospital for Crippled Children have been suggested. She was born on May 12, 1910, in Green Bay, WI, to Raymond J. and Gertrude (Bankenbush) Coulthart, but resided in Racine for most of her life. She was united in marriage to Carlos E. Stuebe, in Racine, on March 5, 1931. She was a former member of Plymouth Congregational Church, Ladies Club of the Masonic Commandery, U.C.T. Ladies Auxiliary #267, and was an avid bowler and card player. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Edward L. (Addie) Stuebe, and Thomas R. (Eileen) Stuebe, both of Racine; one daughter and son-in-law, Carol (Gerald) St. James of Honolulu, Hawaii; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Charles (Hazel) Coulthart; one sister and brother-in-law, Pat (Clayton) Faust, both of Racine; also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos on December 7, 1988. Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 21, 1992, at 10:30 a.m., at the Hanson Funeral Home. Interment at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may call the Hanson Funeral Home, on Wednesday evening, from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m.
