721 i. Sylvia⁹ Riseley was born in New York, NY July 6, 1932. Sylvia died January 5, 1938 in East Hempstead, NY, at 5 years of age. Kingston Daily Freeman January 12, 1938 Sylvia Ann Riseley, five year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Riseley, died early Wednesday morning, January 5, in Meadowbrook Hospital, East Hempstead, L.I. after a two days illness of influenza meningitis. Indisposed on Monday morning, the disease struck suddenly in the afternoon and Sylvia was rushed to the hospital. She was born in New York city July 6, 1932. Her father is the son of the late Joseph H. Risely, Jr., and Mrs. Riseley of Cooks Falls, N.Y. and her mother the former Miriam Coulthart, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William F. Coulthart, of Watertown, N.Y. Sylvia is survived by her parents and four sisters, Annette, 15; Phyllis, 13; Doris, 11, and Joan 4. Funeral services were held in the Fulton Chapel at Freeport on Friday afternoon and interment was in the Riverside Cemetery, Gouverneur, N.Y., Friday morning. The Riseleys live at 116 Randall ave, Freeport, L.I.
