83. Margaret6 Harkness (Christina5 Coulthart, John4, John3, John2, Christopher1) was born in Packwaukee, WI October 10, 1851. Margaret died May 1, 1923 in Wisconsin Rapids, Wood Cty, WI, at 71 years of age. Her body was interred in Forest Hill Cemetery, Wisconsin Rapids, WI.

She married Edgar David Warner in Grand Rapids, WI, November 28, 1878. Edgar was born in Crawford Cty, PA December 30, 1852. Edgar was the son of David Austin Warner and Polly Ann Offensend. Edgar died April 12, 1915 in Rudolph, Wood Cty, WI, at 62 years of age. His body was interred in Forest Hill Cemetery, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune Tuesday April 13, 1915 EDGAR D. WARNER The funeral Edgar D. Warner, who died yesterday afternoon after a year's illness, at his home in Rudolph, will be held Thursday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock at the home and at 2 o'clock at the Methodist church in this city. Internment will be made in Forest Hill cemetery. Edgar Warner was born in the state of Pennsylvania in 1853. When 19 years of age he came to Wood county and settled on the farm in Rudolph which he has since made his home. In 1878 he was married to Miss Margaret Harkness, who with three children, Mrs. A. G. Denniston, Leonard and Wilbur all of Rudolph, survive him. Deceased was a man of sterling worth who had the confidence and respect of all who knew him and his death will be regretted by many outside the home circle. Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune May 1, 1923 Mrs. Edgar Warner Dies at Home of Daughter Mrs. Edgar Warner passed away suddenly Tuesday morning, May first, at the home of her daughter Mrs. G. Denniston, 538 Fourth street south Death was due to heart failure. Funeral services conducted by Rev. A. A. Bennett, will be held at the Denniston home Thursday afternoon; at two o'clock, and at the Methodist church at two fifteen o'clock.

Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune February 24, 1936 Loses Life in Fall on Hotel Stairway Here Broken Jawbone Severs Artery in Neck, Causing Death From Loss of Blood, No Inquest Planned Leonard Warner, 50, a truck driver, died of injuries sustained in a fall down a stairway at the Commercial hotel, where he lived, about 12:35 a.m. Sunday. A skull fracture and a severed artery in his throat caused by the fracture of an upper jaw boned caused death within a few minutes. Found Lying on Floor Mr. Warner, according to police, had gone to his room to change shoes and was returning downstairs when he apparently stumbled, falling down the steps. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Malone, proprietors of the hotel, heard the fall and rushed into the corridor to find him lying on the floor. A doctor was summoned, and arrived in a few minutes but found the injured man unconscious and weakened from the loss of blood. He died before he could be removed from the hallway. Formerly of Rudolph Mr. Warner, who had lived in this vicinity all his life, coming to Wisconsin Rapids after he sold a farm in the town of Rudolph, had been a truck driver for the Bossert Coal Company for 14 years. He had lived at the hotel for many years. Police said nothing was found on the stairway over which he mights have tripped. The hallway and stairs are illuminated by two electric lights and the steps are covered by a smooth carpet. It was thought he missed a step at the head of the stairway, lost his balance, and fell to the floor below. Chief of Police R. S. Payne said today there would probably be inquest into the death. He pronounced it a clear case of accident. Funeral Wednesday Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon. February 26, at 1:30 o'clock at the Baker chapel with Rev. T.J. Reykdal officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Born in Rudolph on December 18, 1885, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Warner, George Leonard Warner, engaged in railroad work here for several years before entering the employ of the Bossert Coal company. He was not married. He is survived by one brother, W. H. Warner and one sister, Mrs. A. G. Denniston, and two nieces. Mrs. Howard Kortkamp and Miss Gwen Denniston, all of this community. Funeral arrangements are in charge of Baker and Son and friends may pay their respects at the chapel after Tuesday noon.

child 245 v. Wilbur Henry Warner was born in Rudolph, Wood Cty, WI July 9, 1891. Wilbur died May 24, 1946 at 54 years of age. He married Emma May Misner in Nekoosa, Wood Cty, WI, June 28, 1921. Emma was born in Eagle River, WI February 20, 1893. Emma was the daughter of Henry C Misner and Anna Pearl Wark.
