1103 i. Jeffrey Scott⁹ Coulthart was born in New York April 5, 1974. Jeffrey died August 24, 1997 in Alameda Cty, CA, at 23 years of age. Contra Costa Times August 28, 1997 Jeffrey Scott Coulthart Pleasanton April 5, 1974 Aug. 24, 1997 Jeffrey Scott Coulthart, a graduate of Foothill High School in Pleasanton, died Sunday. He was 23. The native of Pleasanton was a business major at Cal State Hayward. He was involved in Ballistic United Soccer and San Ramon Men's softball. He played varsity baseball and was a member of the school newspaper staff at Foothill High. Survivors include his parents, Linda and Don Coulthart; a brother, Chris Coulthart; aunts, Sharon Ross and Donna Russin; an uncle, George Ross; his mother, Joann Biggs; and a cousin, Jason Russin. Services: Visitation will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Graham-Hitch Mortuary, 4167 First St., Pleasanton. Funeral services will take place 2 p.m. Saturday at Valley Community Church, 4455 Del Valle Parkway, Pleasanton.
