He married Dorothy C Grieve 1947. Dorothy was born 1924. Dorothy died July 10, 2003 at 79 years of age. The Record (Waterloo Region) July 14, 2003 Dorothy WORKMAN, C. - Of Luther Village, Waterloo, passed away, suddenly, after a brief illness, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Thursday, July 10, 2003, at the age of 79 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Russell Workman; her son Ian Workman and her daughter Jane Cardona. Survived by her loving son Rick and his wife Penny of Ottawa and her granddaughter Heather Cardona of Toronto. Dear friend of Stewart Dixon of Belleville. Dorothy was born in Pembroke and came to Kitchener after her marriage in 1947 where she raised her family and enjoyed the friendships of many people. Subsequently, her love of theatre and travel gave her the opportunity to expand her circle of friends. Dorothy will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, 745-9495, on Tuesday, July 15, 2003, at 2:30 p.m. Dorothy's family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Reception will follow the service in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grand River Hospital Foundation or to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation and may be arranged by contacting the funeral home or by email through 1057@alderwoods.com
