419 v. Gary Birchall Frame was born in St. Paul, Ramsey Cty, MN December 20, 1929. Gary died October 26, 1967 in St. Paul, Ramsey Cty, MN, at 37 years of age. He married Dolores Genevieve Gfrerer in St. Paul, Ramsey Cty, MN.
