423. Walter Ray⁸ Hunter (Frederick Ray⁷, Walter Francis⁶, Jane⁵ Coulthart, John⁴, John³, John², Christopher¹) was born in Havelock, ND August 25, 1908. Walter died October 17, 1971 in Winfield, Dupage Cty, IL, at 63 years of age.

He married Dorine Kettlehut in Glen Ellyn, IL, April 24, 1937. Dorine was born in Waukegan, IL October 4, 1919. Dorine died September 1, 1965 at 45 years of age.

Walter Ray Hunter and Dorine Kettlehut had the following children:

850 i. Barbara Roseanne⁹ Hunter was born in Glen Ellyn, IL December 28, 1938. Barbara died January 6, 1958 in Glen Ellyn, IL, at 19 years of age.

+ 852 iii. Judith Marie Hunter (still alive).

+ 853 iv. Betty Jean Hunter (still alive).
