He married twice. He married Susan Elizabeth Young. He married Marion Hope Tenney in Robbinsdale, Hennepin Cty, MN, November 27, 1954. Marion was born in Robbinsdale, Hennepin Cty, MN October 24, 1936. Marion was the daughter of Howard Tenney and Elsie O'Blenes. Marion died September 20, 1977 in Upland, CA, at 40 years of age.

Wayne Carpenter Law and Marion Hope Tenney had the following children:
