She married Allison Grant Denniston in Wisconsin Rapids, Wood Cty, WI, January 28, 1904. Allison was born in Eden, Fond du Lac Cty, WI December 6, 1874. Allison was the son of William H Denniston. Allison died January 11, 1942 in Town of Grand Rapids, Wood Cty, WI, at 67 years of age. His body was interred in Forest Hill Cemetery, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune Monday January 12, 1942 A .G. Denniston, 76, Dies; Hold Funeral Tuesday A .G. Denniston, 76, of the town of Grand Rapids, was found dead in bed at his home Sunday morning, having passed away in his sleep. Funeral services will be held at Baker's chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. A. W. Triggs officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. The son of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Denniston, Allison G. Denniston was born in Eden, Wis., on December 6, 1874, and came to the town of Rudolph with his parents when a boy. Since that time he had lived in this vicinity. His marriage to Edna Edith Warner took place in this city on January 28, 1904. She survives with their two daughters, Mrs. Howard Kortkamp and Mrs. Joe Morzinski, both of the town of Grand Rapids. He also leaves one brother Merritt Denniston of Rudolph, and three grandchildren. Mr. Denniston was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America. Friends may pay their respects at the Baker funeral home where the body will lie until time for services. Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune March 4, 1953 Rites Friday for Mrs. E. Denniston Mrs. Edith Denniston, 70, who had resided with her daughter, Mrs. Howard Kortkamp, town of Grand Rapids, since 1942, died at 2:20 this morning at the Wood County Infirmary following a lingering illness she had been at the Infirmary the past 10 weeks. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Baker Chapel with the Rev. Milton C. Feldt officiating. Burial is to take place in Forest Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Denniston was born in the town of Rudolph on May 2, 1882, the daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Edgar Warner, and had resided in the area all her life. She married Allison G. Denniston in this city Jan. 28, 1904. He preceded her in death on Jan. 11, 1942 Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Howard Kortkamp and Mrs. Joe Morzenski, both of the town of Grand Rapids, and six grandchildren. Friends may pay their respects at the Baker Mortuary from 10 o'clock Thursday morning until time of service.
