162. Louis J7 Jeanquart (Joseph6, Charles Joseph5, Nicolas4 Janquart, Nicolas Joseph3, Amand2, Bauduin1) was born in Namur, Door Cty, WI March 20, 1907. Louis died April 29, 1982 in Sturgeon Bay, Door Cty, WI, at 75 years of age. His body was interred May 3, 1982 in St. Joseph Cemetery.

He married twice. He married Magdalen Renard in Namur, Door Cty, WI, May 16, 1928. Magdalen was born in Brussels, Door Cty, WI October 18, 1908. Magdalen was the daughter of Louis Renard and Augustina Martin. Magdalen died May 18, 1976 in Union, Door Cty, WI, at 67 years of age. Door County Advocate May 20, 1976 Mrs. Jeanquart Mrs. Louie (Magdalen) Jeanquart, 67, 816 Superior St., died this Tuesday morning at Door County Memorial hospital. She was born Oct. 18, 1908 in Brussels to Louis and Augusta Renard and was married to Louie Jeanquart on May 15, 1928 at St. Mary of the Snows Catholic church in Namur. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic church, Christian Mothers and was the current president of the Homemakers Improvement Club. Surviving are her husband Louie and seven children, Mrs. William (Joyce) Allen and Mrs. Dee Pollock, both of Seal Beach, Calif., Floyd, Elton and Dale of Sturgeon Bay, Mrs. William (Cheryl) Brabazon, Green Bay, and Rick, Sturgeon Bay. Mrs. Jeanquart is also survived by 17 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and six sisters Mrs. Henry (Mamie) Maccoux, Mrs. Ida LaLuzerne, Mrs. Anna Vandermeissen, Mrs. Emma Fontaine, all of Brussels, Mrs. Laura Herring and Mrs. Lucy Baumgart, both of Green Bay, and one brother Fred Renard of Brussels. She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson. Services are tentatively set for Friday. Further details will be given in Thursday's Advocate. The body will be in state at the Soulek funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Prayer services will be held at 8 p.m. each evening.

He married Mamie Dubois December 2, 1978. Mamie was born in Namur, Door Cty, WI July 28, 1912. Mamie was the daughter of Eli Dubois and Mary Gerondale. Mamie died October 31, 1989 in Green Bay, Brown Cty, WI, at 77 years of age. Her body was interred November 2, 1989 in Holy Name of Mary Church Cemet, Maplewood, WI. Door County Advocate May 4, 1982 Louis Jeanquart Retired Sturgeon Bay Police Captain Louie J. Jeanquart, 75, 733 N. 4th, died April 29. The Rev. Daniel Gilsdorf conducted funeral services on Monday at the Forbes Funeral home and St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial was at St. Joseph cemetery. Pallbearers were Jeff Jeanquart, Jim Jeanquart, Jay Jeanquart, Jonathan Jeanquart, D.J. Jeanquart and Todd Jeanquart. The son of Joseph and Celia Jeanquart, he was born in Namur on March 20, 1907. May 15, 1928 he married Magdelen Renard at St. Mary of the Snow church and she preceded him in death in 197. On Dec. 2, 1978 he wed Mamie Bellin and she survives. Mr. Jeanquart served as a city policeman for 28 years, retiring in 1970. He had been associated with the Forbes funeral home. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Holy Name Society of St. Joseph and the Stevenson Pier club. Surviving are children, Mrs. Joyce Allen, Seal Beach, Ca., Mrs. Dee Pollock, Long Beach, Ca., Floyd, Elton, Dale and Rick, all of Sturgeon Bay, and Mrs. William (Cherly) Brabazon, Little Suamico; 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers Henry and Harvey of Namur and sisters, Mrs. Clara Gilson, Green Bay, and Mrs. Louise Rass, Luxemburg. Mr. Jeanquart is further survived by step-children Gervaise Bellin, Kewaunee, Gerald Bellin, Manitowoc, Mrs. Harvey (Germaine) Clark, Mrs. Paul (Arlene) Rosinky and Mrs. William (Darlene) Siebert, Two Rivers; 17 step-grandchildren and 9 step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson and eight brothers and sisters.
