341. Elmer Joseph8 Jeanquart (Joseph7, Joseph6, Charles Joseph5, Nicolas4 Janquart, Nicolas Joseph3, Amand2, Bauduin1) was born in Union, Door Cty, WI August 2, 1921. Elmer died January 15, 2005 in Sturgeon Bay, Door Cty, WI, at 83 years of age. His body was interred January 18, 2005 in Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay.

He married Dorothy Dionne in Menominee, Menominee Cty, MI, November 6, 1943. Luxemburg News January 21, 2005 Elmer J. Jeanquart Elmer J. Jeanquart, 83, Forestville, died at Door County Memorial Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2005. He was born Aug. 2, 1921, in the town of Union, to the late Joseph and Annie (Servais) Jeanquart. On Nov. 6, 1943, he married Dorothy M. Dionne in Menominee, Mich. Elmer farmed and worked in the shipyards as a welder. He retired from Kewaunee Engineering in 1984 after 25 years of service. Elmer enjoyed the company of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; and eight children, Thomas Jeanquart, Luxemburg; Duane R. (Elaine) Jeanquart, Luxemburg; Donna Miller, Sturgeon Bay; Bonita (Jeff) Miller, Weyauwega; Michael (Rebecca) Jeanquart, Algoma; Patrick Jeanquart, New London; Paul (Doska) Jeanquart, Guthrie, Okla.; Christine Sieraski, Sturgeon Bay; 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harry Jeanquart and Harold (Mae) Jeanquart, Brussels; five sisters, Marie (Wallace) LeCloux and Evelyn (Leonard) LeCloux, Sturgeon Bay; Sister Claudette Jeanquart, Green Bay; Gloria Ann (George) Vaness, Luxemburg; Shirley LeCloux, Sturgeon Bay; sister-in-law, Della Jeanquart, Brussels; brother-in-law, Ray Ferron, Brussels. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Alvin; three sisters, Blanche Cornette, Irene Dufek, Mathilda Ferron; two daughters-in-law, Diane Jeanquart and Ericha Jeanquart. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, at St. Hubert's Church, Rosiere, with the Rev. Dennis Drury officiating. Entombment was at the Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay. Friends called from 3-8 p.m. Monday at the Forbes Funeral Home, Sturgeon Bay, and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church until time of services. A prayer service was conducted at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the staff at Door County Memorial Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility for the good care and compassion of Elmer during his stay.
