39. Josephine5 Janquart (Jean-Joseph4, Hubert3, Amand2, Bauduin1) was born in Meux, Namur, Belgium February 23, 1817. Josephine died June 17, 1898 in Door Cty, WI, at 81 years of age. Her body was interred June 20, 1898 in St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery, Namur.

She married Jean-Joseph Baudhuin 1839. Jean-Joseph was born in Meux, Namur, Belgium November 7, 1807.

Josephine Janquart and Jean-Joseph Baudhuin had the following children:

child 72 i. Prosper Joseph6 Baudhuin was born in Meux, Namur, Belgium March 29, 1841. Prosper died April 17, 1920 in Union, Door Cty, WI, at 79 years of age. His body was interred in St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery, Namur. Door County Advocate April 23, 1920 Prosper Baudhuin aged and respected resident of this town, died last Saturday morning at the Ernest Baudhuin home in Union. He had never married. His age was 79 years. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock from St. Mary's church in Union, Rev. Vanden Elsen officiating. On Prosper's death certificate he was listed as a tailor and was single. On September 7, 1887 in Door County, Prosper became a U.S. citizen, the records indicate he was born in 1841 in Belgium and entered the U.S. in Boston in August 1870.

child + 73 ii. Martin Joseph Baudhuin was born September 25, 1845.

child + 74 iii. Josephine Baudhuin was born August 21, 1848.

child + 75 iv. Marcellin Baudhuin was born March 11, 1851.

child + 76 v. Marcelline Baudhuin was born May 18, 1854.

child 77 vi. Ernest Joseph Baudhuin was born in Meux, Namur, Belgium March 8, 1858. Ernest died November 13, 1935 in Brown Cty, WI, at 77 years of age. He married Mary Destree in Namur, Door Cty, WI, December 29, 1896. Mary was born in Brussels, Door Cty, WI November 16, 1874. Mary was the daughter of John Baptiste Destree and Marie Therese Dubois. Mary died June 24, 1948 in Sturgeon Bay, Door Cty, WI, at 73 years of age. Her body was interred in St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery, Namur. Door County Advocate June 29, 1948 Mrs. Mary Baudhuin Mrs. Mary Baudhuin, 73, died Thursday at the home of her niece, Mrs. Joseph Conard on Michigan St. She had been ailing for about three years. The former Mary Destree was born at Delwiche, Wis., Nov. 16, 1874, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Destree. She and Mr. Baudhuin were married there De. 29, 1897. He died Nov. 13, 1935. Mrs. Baudhuin is survived by a nephew, John Baudhuin, and three nieces, Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Conard, Mrs. Edward (Mary) Martin and Mrs. Michael (Sarah) Hajan. Funeral services were held Monday morning at 9 o'clock from St. Mary's church at Fairland with the Rev. Vanden Elsen officiating. Members of the Christian Mothers were present in a body for the rites. John Destree, Joseph Baudhuin, Jule Baudhuin, Desire Herlache, Ernest Jadin and Eli Dubois were pallbearers. Arrangements were in charge of Hanh's funeral home.
