300. Alvin J.8 LeRoy (Marcelline7 Baudhuin, Marcellin6, Josephine5 Janquart, Jean-Joseph4, Hubert3, Amand2, Bauduin1) was born in Brussels, Door Cty, WI December 19, 1914. Alvin died September 7, 2007 at 92 years of age.

He married Irene Fabry in Duvall, Kewaunee Cty, WI, August 23, 1939. Irene was born June 24, 1917. Irene died May 23, 1993 at 75 years of age. Green Bay Press Gazette September 9, 2007 LeRoy, Alvin J. Alvin J. LeRoy, 92, New Franken, passed away on Sept. 7, 2007, surrounded by family and friends. Born on Dec. 19, 1914, in Brussels, he is the son of the late Louis and Marcella (Baudhuin) LeRoy. On Aug. 23, 1939, he married Irene Fabry in Duvall, and she preceded him in death on May 23, 1993. Alvin was a carpenter for much of his life, and he also farmed in the Brussels area for many years. His family and friends treasure the many projects and pieces of furniture that Alvin built through the years. Upon his retirement he moved to New Franken, then upon Irene's death he moved in with his daughter Cindy and her family. He was a member of Holy Cross-Bay Settlement Parish. Alvin is survived by his three loving children, Sharon (Dennis) Jeanquart, Brillion; Randy (Debbie) LeRoy, Cedarburg and Cindy (Steve) Parent, New Franken; eight adoring grandchildren, Brent Jeanquart, Monique (Chris) Parrilli, Nicole (Brad) Smith, Dennie Jeanquart, Jessica (Craig) Brochtrup, Kristin LeRoy, Brad and Greg Parent; five great grandchildren, Isabella, Anna and Christopher Parrilli, Cosette and Corinna Smith; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; one grandson, Timmy Parent; five brothers and six sisters. Visitation at MALCORE (EAST) Funeral Home, Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. Parish wake service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Visitation will continue Wednesday at Holy Cross-Bay Settlement, 3009 Bay Settlement Road, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral. Funeral Mass 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross-Bay Settlement with the Rev. Tom Hagendorf, O. Praem officiating. Entombment at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Anna's House for their compassionate care, and for allowing Alvin to live out his golden years with dignity. Much appreciation to the staff of Unity Hospice and Palliative Care for their coordination of Alvin's physical and emotional care in the final days of his life. The family would also like to thank Sister Claudette Jeanquart and Home Instead Senior Care. The family is also very grateful to Kathy and the entire staff at N.E.W. Curative and Rehabilitation Center for their ongoing assistance, keeping Alvin independent and actively engaged in his later years.
