Elmer died November 13, 1960 in Brussels, Door Cty, WI, at 55 years of age. His body was interred in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Brussels, WI. Sacotte, 55, R1, Brussels, were held at 10 a.m. this Thursday at St. Francis Xavier church, the Rev. Milo Smits in charge, and burial was in the parish cemetery. Assisting at the final rites were the Revs. Urban DeCleene and Dominic Hockers. Mr. Sacotte, ill about a month, died at his home Monday morning of a heart attack. Mrs. Sacotte was 74. The former Pauline Baudhuin, daughter of Marcelline and Josephine Baudhuin, was born in the Town of Union Sept. 7, 1905, and married Elmer Sacotte April 14, 1926, at Brussels. His death occurred Nov. 13, 1960. Mrs. Sacotte was a member of the Christian Mothers of St. Francis Xavier church, Brussels. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Wallace (Ella) Tureur, R1, Brussels, and Mrs. Larry (Jane) Bouchonville, R2, Luxemburg; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and three sisters, Adele Baudhuin, Mrs. Lena Sacotte and Mrs. Marvin (Esther) Kahr, all of New Franken. A brother, John, preceded her in death. Funeral services were Saturday morning, 10:15 at Soulek funeral home, Sturgeon Bay and 11 o'clock at St. Francis Xavier church. The Rev. Mel Wigman officiated and burial was in the parish cemetery.
