114. John Baptiste⁷ Baudhuin (Jean Joseph⁶, Anne Josephine⁵ Janquart, Jean-Joseph⁴, Hubert³, Amand², Bauduin¹) was born in Union, Door Cty, WI February 27, 1872. John died September 30, 1948 in Union, Door Cty, WI, at 76 years of age. His body was interred October 2, 1948 in St. Mary's Cemetery.

He married Josephine Destree November 3, 1904. Josephine was born in Gardner, Door Cty, WI August 29, 1880. Josephine was the daughter of Joseph Destree and Marie Louise Labigeois. Josephine died September 23, 1914 in Union, Door Cty, WI, at 34 years of age. Algoma Record Herald October 1, 1948 John Baudhuin Dies; Services Saturday Fairland - John Baudhuin, Sr., 76, died at 2 o'clock Thursday morning at his home here after an illness of about three years. Funeral services will be held at St. Mary's church, Fairland, Saturday morning at 9 o'clock, the Rev. VandenElsen officiating, and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Mr. Baudhuin farmed in the Gardner area for some time after his marriage to Josephine Destree, later coming to Fairland. Mrs. Baudhuin preceded him in death. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Yvonne Counard, Shawano, and Louise, at home; two sons, Gerard Baudhuin, Algoma, and Frank, at home; one brother, Jule Baudhuin, Fairland; two sisters, the Misses Mary and Leona Baudhuin, also of Fairland, and three grandchildren.

John Baptiste Baudhuin and Josephine Destree had the following children:

+ 222 i. Yvonne Mary Julan⁸ Baudhuin was born September 12, 1908.

223 ii. Louise M Baudhuin was born January 23, 1910. Louise died May 25, 1968 at 58 years of age. Algoma Record Herald May 30, 1968 Miss Baudhuin Is Dead at 58 Namur - Miss Louise Baudhuin, 58, Namur, died at 4:55 a.m. Saturday at a Green Bay hospital after an illness of about 3 years. Services were conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary of the Snows Catholic church, Namur. The Rev. John A. Righino officiated and burial was in the parish cemetery. Miss Baudhuin was born in the Town of Gardner Jan. 23, 1910, and lived on the family farm now operated by a brother, Frank. Survivors are two brothers, Gerard, Algoma, and Frank, and a sister, Mrs. Yvonne Counard, Shawano. The parents and one brother preceded her in death. Funeral arrangements were in charge of Wiesner-Massart funeral home, Casco.

+ 224 iii. Gerard Baudhuin was born September 26, 1911.

+ 225 iv. Frank Baudhuin was born June 2, 1913.
